If the customer has held a Hang Seng Travel+ Visa Signature Card as the primary cardholder within the 12 months prior to the application date, they will not be eligible for any additional welcome rewards on this platform. If a customer who has received the offers cancels the relevant credit card account within 13 months from the date of account opening, a handling fee of an equivalent amount will be charged.
