Can I redeem SmartRewards even if I do not have enough points?
Yes, you can! You can purchase SmartPoints from our Rewards Store and redeem your desired item now. Please note that purchased SmartPoints are non-refundable.
When will I receive my redeemed gifts?
For redemption of digital vouchers, you will receive your voucher within 7 working days via email upon payment completion.
For redemption of physical products, the standard delivery period can take up to 21 working days after we receive your order. Kindly note that these are just estimates, and actual delivery dates may vary depending on external factors beyond MoneySmart and the courier’s control. But not to worry, we've got your back!

Can I request an exchange/refund of my redemptions?
Unfortunately, all redemptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you received defective items, they will be covered by the merchant's warranty, and you may initiate your replacement through the merchant.
