Citibank No Cost Welcome Offers

Most credit cards do not consider transactions on digital wallets as qualifying for welcome offers, except for a few banks including Citibank. New customers can enjoy welcome offers at no extra cost if designated spending requirements are met on digital wallets within 2 months of card issuance. However, it is worth noting that there is a monthly top-up/ transfer limit.
