Spending requirements and timeframe:

To be eligible for the offers, new customers must accumulate a designated eligible spending amount within 2 months from the date of card issuance.

Definition of new customers:

Applicants who, during the new card approval process must not have applied for, do not currently hold, or in the 12 months prior to the date of application, have not held and/or canceled any DBS credit cards, principal and co-branded cards included.

What is DBS omni？

DBS Omni is a Credit Card Mobile App that allows customers to make credit card payments and check all spending transactions.

What is the definition of DBS Card new customers? Are existing customers eligible for welcome offers?

No, existing customers are not eligible for welcome offers. By new customers, DBS means applicants who must not have previously applied for, do not currently hold, or in the 12 months prior to the date of application, have not held and/or canceled any DBS credit cards, principal and co-branded cards included.

When will the welcome offer be credited?

The welcome offer will be credited to your account within 2 months after the end of the spending period, and shown on the monthly statement.

What is the DBS hotline?
